I highly recommend Geoffrey Green and Associates - they did a wonderful job - cared about doing quality work, were a pleasure to work with, and communicated well. I was new at this and Jeff explained what needed to be done, identified choices that needed to be made and options for solutions, and had great ideas. I'm very happy with the result.

Jeff and his crew are great - intelligent, conscientious, and precise. Jeff is organized, communicates well, and is pretty anal about the workmanship and process. He has a small, tight and consistent crew - the same people were here for my job from start to finish - not a parade of random workers - and they clearly took the work personally and seriously. Jeff was very available and clear in his communication - I planned to take over at the end and do some of the finishing work myself, and he was great about collaborating and open about discussing the steps and stages of the process. We also had some tricky design/technical issues - how to vent the stove hood, how to run the plumbing for a bathroom we wanted to move, for example - and he was great about talking it through in depth and coming up with solutions. His bid was competitive, he came in on budget, he communicates well, and the work was great - pretty much all you could ask for. 


Superb! Jeff is a total pro and a very nice guy, communicative, clear, patient, good humored. We lived in while they were renovating and not only did we not want to kill each other, we really enjoyed the experience. His crew are skilled, hard working, punctual and nice. They cleaned up at the end of every day, so dust and debris were minimal. They had to deal with some very tight spaces and made everything fit and work together. The result is a beautiful, really functional kitchen.

They did an excellent job.  All work was completed on-time and within the budget.  Excellent communication and courteous crew.  I would recommend them to friends and family.

We were delighted with the results of Jeff's work. In the fall following his late summer job, the porch felt like a new room in our home, one where we spent far more time than we ever did previously, in part because of the beautiful job Jeff did. I temper this praise only with notes that Jeff and I exchanged notes about a few punch list details after the job was done -- but then both of us dropped the ball on follow up. I expect I'll ask Jeff to tackle these small details then next time I contract him for a job. I hope to do so again soon.

Jeff has done more than one job for us, which is in itself a recommendation. He and his team participated in every aspect of reno and repair, from diagnosing a problem to researching solutions to designing improvements. Jeff is very attentive to detail and it pays off. I've known him to stop by one or two extra times to confirm his measurements and other details before beginning a job. He contributes his opinion and I'm grateful for that. His team is very smart, they work well together, they seem to do things right. In the case of our very important, long-awaited basement reno, Jeff contributed small details we would not have thought of; was responsive to our middle-of-the-project brainstorms; and three years later, the place still looks extremely good.

I've worked with other contractors. Jeff's never the low bid on any job I've had but he's my first choice, if he can schedule it, for quality, reliability, and trust.
