GALACTIC Tiles

Tommy at Galactic Tile was wonderful.  I had originally worked with another store to purchase my kitchen cabinets.  I was not getting good responsiveness on the kitchen design - they did not want to make the changes to the kitchen design.  Their delays were slowing down my kitchen renovation.  I looked for another seller of the cabinet manufacturer (Omega Cabinets) website and found Galactic Tiles-they were reasonably close.    I was lucky.  I explained my situation to them - the timing and the delays with the other seller.  They promised to be responsive, and they were.  Within a few days I have a fully designed kitchen.  Tommy added a lot of value in the process making suggestions that I had not thought of.  He went through several iterations of the kitchen design very quickly, sometimes two a day.  I placed the orders with a  week.  When my cabinets arrived, we were not quite ready to receive them. Galactic Tiles held them for me far longer than they should have.  They delivered my cabinets about 10 days ago and they are now installed.  They are beautiful.  The order was perfect.  It is amazing that it was so perfect.  I have done kitchens before and needed to go back for pieces.  There were no problems with this order.  I have now gone back to Galactic Tiles to get cabinets for my laundry room.
