They didn't follow up with some things that they said they were going to follow up but other than that, I didn't have any complaints. They didn't paint or clean up the radiator and now that is the only thing in my bathroom that is old and rusted. At the end I had to call them back because when they taped the ceiling, I could see the tape. When they put the radiator back on to the pipe, they left a drip that left a leak on the downstairs ceiling. And little touch up things. You could see the work still incomplete on the ceiling as well as leaving the bathroom with a leak that it didn't have before, those were the 2 major problems that I had with them. The leak was an obvious leak, I came and looked and could see the puddle so I don't know how they could miss that. They seemed that when you called them back if there was a problem, they didn't seem to like that. At the end, after they got paid, they weren't that responsive. They were supposed to get back to me and I don't like to chase people. If I am paying you and you tell me you are going to do something then you should do it. When I had to call them back, I don't think that he fixed it as well as he could. After I paid, I saw a little bit of a difference in the work, so I don't know if I would use them again.
