Horrible!!! First appointment no one showed, second appointment no one showed, third appointment they were supposed to arrive between 11-3, no one showed or called. I had to call several times. Spoke to Mike who was rude, and very unprofessional. He did not even apologize after I explained this was the 3rd time no one showed and we had to wait all day all 3 times. The tech finally came at 6 and worked on it for 1/2 hour. Told us it should be working by morning. Today it is still not working. They obviously don't care about customer service or doing a good job.

They put in a part from an older box that didn't look new. He said it was refurbished. He turned oven on and shut it off.  The next day, my grandmother's aid turned it on.  I smelled plastic burning.  I called right away.  The oven seemed much hotter than the setting of 350.  He said he would come right over.  I had called hours earlier.  He never came.  I called back on Monday and Tuesday also-no return call.  It just goes to voicemail.  I got the address online and it's a mailbox/po box.  I paid cash upfront.  He promised he would come back.
