+ -1 moreI am still waiting for a refund of my money. Unfortunately, I paid by check since they don't accept credit cards.
Description of Work: I pre-paid for a wood bookcase that never arrived because the store later informed me that they did not have the cherry color requested in stock. They wanted me to wait over two months for the wood to arrive. Instead I requested a refund of my money and despite repeated requests and a promise by the store manager, a Mr. Bergman, after five weeks my check has still not arrived. I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are pursuing the matter.
