Joe worked with us from start to finish on renovating our bathroom, worked with our budget and schedule and even helped us by installing an outdoor shower to tide us over when we were waiting for the new shower to arrive. The work quality was very good, with a few exceptions. Generally, when Joe was directly involved, the quality was excellent. When other specialists came in to work on the plumbing, they didn't cross their T's and dot their I's, and I had to do a tiny bit of plumbing work myself. They didn't ever fully finish installing my hot tub, and I had to call the company to figure out what wires to connect where. With that said, the finished product is wonderful and everyone thinks it looks great. I would use Joe again, just keep in mind (as with so many contractors) that it takes a bit of work to push for the follow through to be as good as the rest of the work is.
