Three days before they were to start the work they "bailed" on us and a neighbor that had expected them to restore his home as well. Obviously they got a better job! I found this behavior to reprehensible and unprofessional. Many contractors have been less then sensitive and/or responsive to potential customers after the storm...but this cavalier dismissal of our project at the last minute is unconscionable and should not go without consequences..
Description of Work
We were very impressed by their initial presentation and fully intended to use them to restore our home after the hurricane.
