Mr Newman is a good man. He is a true craftsman and did a great job with the floors. Only reason it's not full five years is regarding communication around the job itself-there was misunderstanding. Said he would remove all staples from carpet removal which was tough. I get sense job was underpriced and silver lining is we learned more about floors! By finishing the job. Had great suggestions.. very knowledgeable. Worked with us on whole process .. very communicative. He is an excellent contractor just be clear up front with estimate and ask him any questions you have. Also he picked out "top shelf" and very beautiful floor boards. He has the connections. Would (will) hire again.

Mr. Newman was great. He was very communicative, worked to get the work done quickly after first contact, explained the options available, and worked to address the issues. He did great work and I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone!

Newman Floor's work and level of professionalism is impeccable! They finished the project ahead of the original deadline which was impressive given the amount of work. There was significant and serious damage to the wood flooring throughout the one bedroom apartment, all of which was repaired. The finished product is absolutely flawless and beautiful. I would highly recommend this company not only for their great work, but also for their fair and competitive pricing.

The contractor was courteous, prompt and committed to doing a good job. I would define use him for future projects.

Newman knows his craft, he takes care in making sure everything is done to perfection. We had to install new sub floors and new wood floors. He is very considerate, he made sure to cover the stairwell entrance to minimize the amount of dust that would go upstairs. Iâ m very happy with the results, he brought life back into the space. I canâ t wait for him to do upstairs.I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking to redo their floors. Job well done!!!

They did a fantastic job!

Several weeks ago I finally decided it was time to repair/replace my hallway floor. Ultimately I chose Angi's website to screen potential businesses for my project. Floors Superior was hired to perform removal of old wood and installation of new engineered hardwood. Owner, Weblyn Newman was always responsive, punctual, and available during project. Newman acknowledged joists required additional support before new installation. He remained attentive and careful while removing and bundling wood debris while expertly avoiding plumbing and electrical lines! He and his employee were timely and took care to leave work area broom swept and/or vacuumed. My hallway floor is now more sound with a fresh hardwood finish! Mr Newman was punctual and neat. He covered my furniture and removed everything after he was done.

Mr. Newman was extremely professional and told me that flooring is his expertise. Yes, it is! Another contractor basically destroyed the floors, and Mr. Newman repaired, sanded, and finished the floors. After he finished, the floors looked amazing. Initially, I thought the price he charged was a little on the high side, but because of all the work Mr. Newman had to do, the pricing was fair. Amazing work by Mr. Newman!

On August 17, 2020 I had an appointment with Mr. Newman I recommend his company superior. I have already had some of my friends to view my floors I am very pleased 100%. Mr. Norman was on time very polite professional advice was given on how to care for my floors ,a definition between oil base and water I chose a water base the floors are awesome thank you sir thank you.

I recently had my floors down by Superior Inc. for my coop apartment and I am very satisfied with the results. Who would have known that by simply having the floor refinished would give my apartment such a drastic facelift. I went for the Bona water base finish with no regrets. Newman was professional and patient as I am a hard customer to please. I am a perfectionist some would say. He was very knowledgeable in offering suggestions for the ideal look that I was going for. I would gladly recommend Superior Inc. to anyone who is looking for beautiful floors at an affordable price. You get the professional look without the extravagant cost.

He was good, punctual and we very pleased. He did the job 8 years ago for us and it has held up very well. I will have him back again.
