terrible experience with company. spilled cleaning chemicals all over brand new carpet. carpet was ruined. refused to replace carpet.

The carpet looks amazing! This rug is about 45 years old and it looks brand new. The colors are vibrant, the pile looks plushy again and the padding is so perfect. It is not too thick so that you can trip over the edges, yet looks so luxurious.
The company was polite, efficient, prompt. I can's say enough good things about them. Just wonderful!
