The painter told me two guys would come to do the job, but only one guy did any work. They left out areas that didn't get painted, such as under the staircase and the frame of the door wasn't covered properly. The patch jobs were not painted well either. Paint was spilled on the front door mat and wasn't cleaned up. The owner said they would exchange the mat but I haven't heard from them. I was told there would be two coats of paint applied but I don't think they actually put on two coats.

Brad was extremely professional. The painting job did take an extra day since the downstairs level of the condo was more humid than the first level. Some areas were missed but Brad made sure to walk through with his painter to complete the unfinished areas.

Brad and his team at Five Star were excellent - they were always on time, very professional, and responsive to our requests. Our apartment is a pre-war, which means walls are plaster and there are imperfections in the surface. Brad's team sanded down areas where needed and made sure we were satisfied with their work before finishing. They cleaned and swept the site each date which was great. I would recommend them to others.
