+ -1 moreThey did a half hearted job - they were supposed to spray and steam clean, but only sprayed and did not steam clean, and then lied and said they did when I could tell they didn't when I returned to the apartment. They also sprayed with a substance I later found out the FDA says is completely ineffective and are suing companies who claim it is. Do not waste your money or give them your business.

Description of Work: Inspection of premises - canine dog determined presence of bugs Preparation for treatment - packed up possessions and washed/ dried clothes Chemical treatments - took 2 hours and stayed out of space for 6 hours Follow up Inspection - canine returned to rule out presence Preventative treatment - optional but important for my comfort
