Description of Work: They were the supplier of irrigation services for our co-op building. I was chair of the Garden Committee. They had recommended the exactly wrong kind of irrigation (sprinklers) for our garden (heavy on trees and woody shrubs ... should have been trickle irrigation). They were chronically late -- sometimes hours so -- for appointments, and arrogant when they arrived. We replaced them with Pacific Lawn Sprinklers, better though far from perfect. We are shopping for another irrigation today for the garden.

 + -1 moreThey were rude, and unresponsive. I have them a deposit, they came and started and then dropped off the face of the earth. I called and left messages with the very rude receptionist, and send emails to various other parties. I had used them in the past and they were fine. I was under the impression they were the only game in town, that's why I stuck with them so long. They were always treating me like they were doing me a favor.

 + -1 moreThey are really good and are responsive. I just deal with them when they come and I think that they are nice. I would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We got a sprinkler system from Fazio-Traina Lawn Sprinklers in June. They constantly come out for some repairs.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. I was pleased with their service because they seemed to be on top of things. They are preemptive in calling to turn off the system. There is a big initial investment but then just maintenance.
Description of Work: They put an irrigation system in and they come in the fall and close it up.

 + -1 moreArranging an appointment through the office was a little frustrating (a little bit of miscommunication). However, once Frankie was sent out to meet with us, everything else went smoothly. When Frankie came by, he inspected our yard (which was grass-less at this point), the water connections and determined where it would be possible to place the timer. He answered our questions about all the nifty sprinkler timer options out there and the range of prices. We scheduled a day within the week to have the installation done. The job took approximately three hours (our yard is not particularly large) to install ten (!) sprinkler heads. Frankie demonstrated the sprinklers to make sure we were satisfied with the job. They had placed the sprinklers so well that barely had any water sprayed outside the yard. The basement area where they dug through the foundation to tap into the water supply was clean. Frankie also explained how to use the timer. We were very happy with this installation.
Description of Work: Frankie installed sprinklers in our front yard. A hole was drilled through our foundation into the basement (above ground) to hook into the water supply. The sprinkler system was connected to a timer which was placed in the basement.
