I had used them before, and I had a gotten an estimate. When I used them the last time they ran over time and they wanted cash. They accepted the check. So, when I used them again, I made sure that if we ran over, I would be able to pay with a check because I wouldn't have cash. So, by the time they got everything loaded and over to my new apartment, I couldn't move in because they do not allow anyone to move in during rush hour. So, they said they would bring my stuff back in the morning. The next morning, the company told me that they would only move in my stuff if I presented them with a cashiers check. I was in a new neighborhood, and I didn't know where my bank was located. It was a terrible experience. I was up and down a lot with the movers. I had my mattress covered with to 2 layers of plastic. At one point, I went downstairs and noticed that the plastic was totally removed, and my bare mattress was laying on the road folded.

Nothing was broken, they were careful but extremely slow- I feel to run the clock and pump up the billing. We were misled and totally ripped off. I feel we should be compensated for the penalty we had to pay as well as partial cost of the moving.

The movers were on time and very efficient. They were friendly and polite.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT WRAPPING THE FURNITURE THAT WAS FRAGILE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH THE MIRRORS. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE, AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I MOVE.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO MOVE THE FURNITURE, HOW TO REMOVE IT FROM MY HOME, AND HOW TO DELIVER TO MY NEW HOME. MY FURNITURE IS LARGE AND MY NEW DOORWAY IS NARROW, BUT THEY KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
