While he was overbooked and late, he did an excellent job and was quite affordable. He stayed until the work got done correctly even though it was more involved than expected.

Cooling breakdown urgent - threatened to spoil contents of frig - just restocked! Peter Natoli d.b.a "Father and Son Alliance Repair came at end of workday Friday evening in response to my plea and stayed until 10:30P to finish repair. Left freezer in good working order; however sliding freezer racks were not put back correctly and jammed sliding in and out. Peter was not available next day (Saturday) but he came on Sunday, with apologies for the oversight (because of the late hour), cleaned the rails and reset the racks. So far so good.
Overall: Peter not available the evening of my call but was willing to fit in an appointment for the fallowing evening and came dedicated to complete repair without regard for late hour. Welcomed questions and explained his approach to a problem as going for the simplest solution. Did not charge for follow-up visit.Peter does like to chat, but is not offended when steered back to the business at hand.
I would definitely call this technician again for refrigerator repair.

The fan in the freezer was making a humming sound. Peter told me on the phone that he will change the motor with the fan for 150.00. So, he did. The only issue is that he is not very punctual...I meant not punctual at all. Bottom line - he knows

They were very good. They were available when I needed them and they had a good review from what I saw. I don't remember the price that I paid for their services.

Wonderful! Pete was very professional, helpful and honest. The freezer is working better then ever. A drain had to be cleared out and he even cleaned out the freezer and refrigerator! I have since referred him to everyone I know. My sister needed her refrigerator to be repaired and she also had the same experience! Thanks!
