I hired Mike for some electrical repair, he was here a couple of times and I paid him around $400, the last time he was here he took my lights to repair them, that was a couple of months ago,I have tried to call Make numerous of times and he never gets back to me, all I want is my lights back, very unprofessional

Please do not hire this company. The reviews on here must not be real, or they hired the electrician for a single day s work. The owner, Michael Farella, is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I unfortunately hired this company early last year and am still waiting for the work to be completed. I feel as if the job required was out of these electricians capabilities. There have been countless cancellations, and improper paperwork filed with Dept of Buildings and an electric company. Farella continues to delay the job and does not respond to calls in a timely manner. A permit was also not filed prior to the work commencing. Mr. Farella seems like a very nice person at first but do not be fooled. He is as unprofessional and knowledgeable as it gets.

They came when they were scheduled to come, fixed the switch and recessed light and double checked everything to make sure it was now functioning properly. I recommend them very highly. Their charges seemed very reasonable to me.

I was just researching electricians using Home Advisor. I was still researching when I got a call from Mike at Farella Electric. He said he can come by within 4 hours. He was prompt and in 15 minutes resolved my issue very efficiently and effectively. He was professional and very easy to interact with.....a very satisfied customer.
