It started very well, but ended very poorly. James is a smooth talker and is capable of good work, but towards the end of our long project, he got lazy and complacent and work quality suffered. The new shower he installed had persistent leaking problems and had to be re-done three times. The last time, we had to call another plumber and pay $7500 out of pocket to fix. Less than one year after installation, one of my toilets is now leaking from its waste discharge pipe and I have to call another plumber to, again, fix James's shoddy work. Avoid!
Description of Work: Gut renovation - new kitchen, remodel one bathroom, create one additional bathroom.

James is a good guy and I interacted with him regularly. He is good with very detailed tasks. That is why I like him. He is good about his pricing and an expert when it comes to drains from what I can tell. I was totally satisfied and had no problems at all when I dealt with him.
Description of Work: James Dealin is the president of this company and he did some plumbing work in one small bathroom within my home. I was creating a whole new bathroom after completely ripping out an old one. He did the ripping out of the old plumbing system for me and he put in all new regular piping in that rather small room. It was a small job, but fairly intricate.
