Very bad. This was money thrown out. The first time the replaced part failed, they honored their warranty and replaced it. But when the replaced part failed again, it was right beyond the 3-month warranty period and they refused to do anything about it unless I gave them more money. So, basically I wasted $375.00 and had to buy a new stove. I would never have them fix anything for me again.

FOR ME, IT IS HARD TO GET TO, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. SOMETIMES, THEY MAY BE A DAY OFF WHEN THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING WILL BE DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND GOT THE WASHER WORKING AGAIN IN NO TIME. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT I USE A CERTAIN LAUNDRY DETERGENT THAT WOULD MAKE MY WASHER RUN MORE EFFICIENTLY.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY VACUUM CLEANER SINCE THEY FIXED IT. THEIR PRICE IS AVERAGE. THEY WERE FINISHED WITH IT VERY QUICKLY.

EXPERT IS GREAT AND THEY HAVE FAIR PRICES. I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS NOW, AND IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE A VACUUM, TV, OR TOASTER OVEN THEY CAN FIX IT.
