 + -1 moreHe's very responsible dependable and nice. The roach problem is better but it's not gone. After 1 year I feel like it should be gone, which is the only thing I'm not completely satisfied with.

Description of Work: I was referred to William at Excel Pest Management by a customer of his/friend of mine who'd had a wonderful experience with him and used him in her home and her business. | |William was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced about the problem me and my neighbors had in our apartments. He was refreshingly honest and straightforward about our options, even while it was possible that we wouldn't be in a position to hire him since the building had their own exterminator on contract. He took the time to thoughtfully and clearly answer all my questions (ALL my questions) and was totally honest about whether it was worth bringing him on after the building's pest management company had done their work. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, that he advocated the most conservative approach rather than just throwing money at the problem and gave me valuable background information that helped us make decisions about our options. | |I would hire Excel Pest Management in a second with great confidence should the need arise for this or any other pest condition.
