Fabulous. So happy to reclaim my space with ample storage. My husband is very happy too. Installers were professional and polite. They cleaned up area as if they were not here. Wonderful worker and they had pride in their project.

Excellent, Henry Belfor is the best. He listened to what I needed and came up with the best closets for my needs. His installers came on time and built my beautiful closet.

Henry and his team at European Closets did a fantastic job designing and building our closet in our bedroom. Their pricing was fair and the job was executed quickly and professionally. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for closet work.

It was a great experience. Henry came and checked out my closets. He then designed them so that there would be enough space for everything. It's really remarkable and it has changed my life and how I feel about my living space. The workers who installed the closets were great. They did an amazing job. They were so nice and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Initial contact with Henry was great. He came to our home, measured the space and did a custom design then and there. We got a better price because we paid in cash. The trouble started once they came to do the installation. They arrived late and did not bring enough door handles. They supposedly guarantee a lifetime warranty and offer to change if you would ever like to add drawers or move around shelving. However, I tried to contact them up to a year after and called several times and they never sent me the extra door handles although they kept saying it was in the mail. 4 years later and I still have mix matched door handles and no extra shelving. On the bright side, my closet is still standing.
Unfortunately, because of the lack of follow through and an unfinished product- I would not use this company again.

They were very good. I had a small problem two years after the initial installation; I called them, and they came right out and fixed the problem. They were very punctual. When they came out to fix the problem, I asked them about optimizng the closet space that I have. They put in some closet organizers in three closets and rearranged some shelving/closet bars.

I have never met such liars before in my LIFE. I set up an appointment almost two weeks ago today. They called on Wednesday evening to cancel my original Thursday evening appointment (unprofessional), telling me the gentleman coming, Mike Balfour had a doctor's appointment and he'd waited a month just to see this doctor and the office called him back that DAY to tell him they could see him the next day (also unprofessional. I've battled cancer and tons of doctors and never have had that happen...but whatever). Blanca, the girl who answers the phone tells me that Mike next works on Sunday but doesn't work Saturday.
Obviously livid (since I already rescheduled my week around this), I rescheduled for Sunday and made time again in my schedule. Low and behold, Sunday comes and NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN!
So I leave a voicemail telling them that they should lose my information since there is NO WAY I would ever work with them, and thank Mike for losing out on a big (6 floor) job. Then, someone named Henry calls me an HOUR after my appointment and tells me that the guy (which was first Mike then someone else) coming didn't come Thursday because he forgot he had his grandson's birthday to go to...Really? I thought it was a doctor's appointment?? He then tells me this Mike character never apparently works on Sundays...Then he tells me that Mike called him, after I left my voicemail and said he COMPLETELY forgot our appointment today. THEN he says, and quot;I'll have Mike come out now (still Sunday) or I can come on Mondayand quot; (but I thought you just said Mike apparently doesn't work on Sunday?). I literally asked him, and quot;So which lie should I believe? The doctor's appointment or the birthday? Mike does work Sundays or doesn't?and quot;
Needless to say, I told him there is NO WAYYYYYY I would EVER have this lying company come to my house, let alone do any work. CLEARLY, they had their friends and family come on Yelp and write and quot;great reviewsand quot; for them. There is NO WAY a company with GENUINELY good reviews would demonstrate such callous, negligent and downright DISHONEST behavior.
