I like Empire Pest Control a lot. They are intelligent, knowledgeable and prompt.

It started off inexpensive and I stopped them since their prices were on the rise. I felt it was too much. They had nice employees. They did not do anything wrong. Their price was competitive.

They are very courteous and the phone and are prompt. They got the job done for what they said they said it would cost. They are excellent and can deal with all sorts of pests. I will use them again in the future.

Called at least 5 companies in this area for an inspection. Empire was the only one that responded within 24 hours. They called me right back. I was able to have helpful dialogue about my problem and scedule an inspection. They even recommended some steps before paying them to do a full service. Once we assessed we needed their service they were prompt, curtious, professional, and very informative to both myself and my spouse. They even came back one extra time to make sure the problem was erradicated. This was above and beyond the contract and shows their good business practices. I was very happy with them overall.

Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this company for the service they claim to perform.

After some confusion, arrived promptly - made thorough inspection. Keep in mind; however, that besides laying down some poison and identifying holes, exterminator does not plug the holes. And mine is a Manhattan apartment - if management could take care of the problem, I would not have had to call an outside exterminator in the first place. After some backbreaking work, I plugged holes myself - so far no more mice.

Seemed professional, nice guy. He was 20 minutes late, but apologized.

They came out one time and the problem was not resolved, I had them come back out and they sent a more experienced person and they recommended another company that could patch some holes that I needed patched to take care of the mouse problem. The guys that came out were very nice and seemed to really be trying to help me with my problem but I still have mice in my house.

They were punctual and professional. There price was very reasonable compared to another company I found that wanted to quote me for $375 just to spray and knock down a bee's nest.

I was impressed, they do a great job. They were on time and stayed to the priced they quoted. The chemicals did not have a strong odor. They also had the entire house done in very little time.

They were great I give them an A all across the board and they did what they were told and did it well. They were professional and I would hire them again and recommend them.

Extremely well. The representative knew what he was doing and checked for every possible problem. He was also kind enough to notice that our dryer vent was starting to get clogged up, and cleaned that out. In addition, he pointed out that our basement sink needed to be drained more frequently (and explained why). This "above and beyond" service really makes a company stand out.

Empire Pest Control was very punctual. Their price is about average and is reasonable. I like that the preventative product that they use is non-chemical and safe. I would use them again.

If I hire a pest control company, I really care not to hear about what they are doing and how they are doing it. This guy really talked a lot about what he did in great detail. I think I would have rather not known. I can't say he was not nice though and he charged us pretty fairly considering we have a fairly large home. The mouse problem was something he was able to take care of, so I was pleased in the end.

THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY NICE! I THOUGHT THE PRICES WERE EXTREMELY REASONABLE. THEY HAVE DONE A FINE JOB AND I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
