Everything was great but it seemed really really expensive given that, even by their assessment, it wasn't much of an infestation and they were here for a total of 45 minutes (over two visits) if that.    they claimed that the chemicals they use are expensive, the very highest quality.  But even so, the cost seemed excessive and I think a cheaper place could have done the same job.

They respond quickly. They are just a few blocks from my house which makes it very convenient. They are personable. I have been happy with them. They got rid of the problem. If the problem comes back they come back, and take care of it at no extra charge.

I do not feel that Ecology Exterminating performed an effective service. Furthermore, they use false advertising in their promise of an "ecological" treatment - because they do indeed use poison.

WELL, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SPRAYED AND IT WORKED FOR A WHILE BUT THE ROACHES CAME RIGHT BACK. THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR KEEPING THEM OUT THEY JUST SPRAYED AND LEFT.
