They are great. They are very nice and efficient. They get there quickly. They are very good and the car service is fine. Their prices are competitive to go to the airport. The experience was fine; it was excellent. They are friendly and helpful in terms of taking my luggage. The arrive promptly.

I was concerned about whether their drivers would be working given the forecast, but the dispatcher I spoke with didn't seem to think there would be any problems. I asked if someone would call me if they were unable to make it, but he assured me that they'd be there. So I got up early the next morning, bundled up and waded through knee-deep snow to the curb, where I proceeded to wait for half an hour in blisteringly cold winds for a car that never came. I tried calling several times to see what was going on, but the phone kept ringing, and no one answered. Highly unprofessional! It would seem that common courtesy would dictate that Eastern would call its customers to give them advance notice if scheduled pickups will not be able to be fulfilled. That way, I would have made other arrangements to get to work. At the very least -- there should be a voicemail for callers and a notice on Eastern's website notifying people that all trips are canceled due to inclement weather. How was I supposed to know?? I will not be using Eastern again, and I'll advise everyone I know to avoid it as well.

Great. I used them weekly to go to JFK and they were prompt, the vehicles were clean, and drivers were professional. I appreciated that the drivers were quiet and kept to themselves since I had early morning or late night rides. TIP: Understand that if you need them during a storm or during the holidays you should make a reservation in advance.

I've been using them for years, they always arrive within about five minutes of my call (sometimes sooner.) Drivers are all quite friendly. It's not as fancy a fleet as some other car services but they're reliable and reasonably priced.
