Carpet Installation
THE SALESMAN WAS A VERY NICE MAN, BUT NOT VERY INFORMATIVE. HE DIDN'T BOTHER TO LET US KNOW THAT THE CARPET WE PICKED WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR THE LARGEST AREAS. WHEN WE CALLED AND ASKED TO FIX IT THEY ASKED WHAT WE DID. WE SAID VACUUMED IT. THEY CUT A SPOT OUT OF THE RUG. ALL OVER THE HOUSE THE CARPET WAS RUNNING LIKE PANTYHOSE WOULD RUN. THEY TOLD ME THE DOG MADE IT RUN. THE ONLY WAY THE DOG MADE IT RUN WAS IF HE WAS A CAT. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE WHOLE RUG, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A DIFFERENT KIND IN ONLY IN THE SPOTS WHERE THE CARPET WAS RUNNING. I ACTUALLY LAUGHED UNTIL I REALIZED SHE WAS SERIOUS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME AND CHANGED ONLY THE ROOMS WITH THE RUNS. THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T CHANGE OUT ALL THE CARPETING AND I SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY DID CHANGE IT ALL.

THEY DID EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT. THE PRICE THAT THEY WANTED WAS LOWER THAN ANYONE ELSE I CALLED. THEY WERE VERY EFFECTIVE AND RESPONSIVE. I LOVE THE CARPET THAT WE HAVE.

THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET, BUT IT WASN'T THAT GREAT. THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY RUDE. IF THE PEOPLE WERE NICER, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY DID A BETTER JOB. I BOUGHT NICE CARPET AND SPENT A LOT OF MONEY, BUT THEY JUST DIDN'T CARE.
