A prompt, polite and professional job!

I called Eagle and within an hour they had a guy over at my house. 10 minutes later, the drain was snaked to 20ft and the plumber was on his way. The shower drains properly now.

Came within two hours and performed service for quoted price.

Thomas was on time and did a very good job! He was very clean, respectful and cheerful.

It went well. I especially appreciated that the worker suggested we use bleach on the basement brick floor to take care of any possible bacterial growth.

a clogged roof drain had contributed to a leak in the house. i called eagle sewer and spoke to someone who asked about the problem. after i described the problem he gave me an estimate (the hourly rates) but said not to worry about the rate after the first hour because it wouldn't likely cost more than the one hour rate. he said he would dispatch his next available serviceman to my home. since i was already at work, he agreed to have the serviceman give me a call when he was on his way from his other job. the guy called and told me he would be at the house in 15 minutes. we arrived he was outside waiting. he assessed the problem, pulled out the equiptment and went to work. the drain and trap were cleared in the hour estimated. he gave me an invoice with the same charge as quoted to me over the phone. he even called the office to make sure i wouldn't be charged more then the one hour rate. they even guaranteed the work for 90 days.

Eagle was quick, prompt, and stuck to their estimate despite working longer than anticipated on our problem. They did it for 30% less than a national large competitor wanted.

I WAS PLEASED WITH EAGLE SEWER AND DRAIN PERFORMANCE. THE SERVICEMAN WAS WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED QUICK AND WAS INEXPENSIVE. MY WATER FLOWS MUCH SMOOTHER NOW.
