I was referred to Marcos Saucedo by another contractor I had used for a split havac system and who was also very good. Marcos came by to take a look and to make an estimate. He came on time, and was very nice and respectful--he and his men were clean, wore shoe protectors in our house. If they were sanding areas, they vacuumed as they sanded and cleaned up right away. They did a nice job with the painting. They worked quickly and finished the job. Some of the areas which were painted over varnished wood, looked pinkish. Marcos came to evaluate it, decided what to do (used a primer called "kill it" or similar, and they redid it. I did watch carefully and when I had a request I would ask them to perhaps caulk here or there, paint over, and they were responsive. I highly recommend them.
