Bill in the Kitchen design area was excellent! Attentive, creative, and flexible. Mike in lumber was also great, and thought of cost saving ideas, and suggested where to spend the money and where we could save. Both I would call trusted partners.

I called, explained what we needed and had a particular brand and style in mind. The person helped me with that initial information and gave me a quote, but also suggested he may have something comparable that was in stock and we could take with us the same day. he stayed on the phone with me while I looked at the product online and then put it on hold for me to come and see later that day. He could not have been more helpful, great service and when I went to look at the mantle and purchase it the sales person put it in the car for me. It was refreshing, given I am not a contractor, decorator or professional, so I needed a little more help and guidance and they could not have been more accommodating. We will be back.

They are fair. It is a very busy place with lot of commercial stuff going on. They are always helpful in picking me out the stuff that I wants, but sometimes one has to wait a while. They bring out everything up to the car and stuff.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of lumber.

I purchased base moulding. D***'s had a very good selection. I ordered by phone and delivery was made promptly the next day. I was very pleased with the product and the personable and efficient service.

They charged me about $200 for that service. They are a lumber yard. They were very efficient. Some of their clerks could actually deal with the customers, which is unusual in the hardware lumber line.

They were wonderful. They supply not only lumber but things like pre-made doors and hardware. They were so courteous. When they said they would deliver it, they did. It's a big lumber yard and they have all kinds of stuff. It's very well supplied and well furnished. The office staffs, the guys that take your orders, were extremely nice. It's a particular issue if you are a woman going into a place like that. They often pay no attention to you. They weren't like that. They understood that I knew what I wanted and they got it for me.
