They were nice and totally professional. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The price point was way over what my budget was going to be. It ended at what the ballpark estimate was going to be. I think they are use to higher end clients. I would have liked to pursue it further if I had been able to afford them. I thought they were really professional and they answered all of my questions. He was very honest about what I was looking for. The original written estimate was really detailed. They did take a lot of information into account for the estimate. It was just way over my budget. As far as the experience goes, I could not have asked for more professional people.

DSR Construction did an amazing job on my brownstone building. They where very professional, showed up on time every day and really took their time to do such a delicate job. I use DSR Construction for brownstone work, roofing, etc. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

They originally did some patching, but the problem continued. When I called them to tell them about it, they came back the next morning to investigate further what the real problem was. They discovered it was a blocked leader from the roof to the gutter.They found the blockage and replaced that part of the leader with a new piece. We have had a lot of rain recently and I'm happy to report that there are no more leaks!
