Provider arrived on time. Was available within a couple of days. Took furniture out of packing. Put furniture together promptly. Polite.

Sey arrived on time and got to work immediately. Desk and chair were completed within the hour. Company also offered to make suggestions for future projects. Will call again.

Professional, efficient and great communicators! I've been using Drill for over 3 years and will continue to do so and to recommend them. John and his team have come in on short notice when needed. They helped me revamp an entire office with mostly IKEA furniture and also did some custom work with existing lumber. They did all the assembly when we moved offices and were able to work around my limited schedule. They are also very quick and super prompt and they always leave the place neat. All the guys arrive in uniform (while not necessary, really makes you feel like you're in good, professional hands). Their ability to take credit cards on the spot (for a small fee) was also a great detail. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to use them with no hesitation.

Overall, the experience was good. The service was cheaper than the Ikea provided assembly provider, and they were willing (and able) to build the unit standing up due to low ceiling clearance (which Ikea will apparently NOT do). They did a good job, and worked quickly and efficiently. My delivery was damaged and required them to come back, which they did not charge me extra for, or give me any issue. My only complaint is that the 2nd time they came to do the bulk of the building, one of the two guys came an hour after the first guy, who could only build so much alone. Therefore, the project took longer than it had to, as the one guy had to wait around for a while waiting on his partner, who didn't really apologize for arriving so late. However, the job got done and done well, apparently they offer a warranty, and if I tried to put this together myself, I would probably be in a psychiatric center mumbling something about screws.
