This was a project that took longer than originally anticipated by Dream (through no fault of theirs) but they were on time every day and did quality work. Dream removed the old, cracked limestone front steps and replaced them with gray granite, and put tiles over the concrete on the 30-year old leaky front porch. The porch and steps look great! They also added sheetrock to make a ceiling in the garage. As the team worked, they realized they couldn't use plaster and stucco as originally planned, and they adjusted to make sure we got the ceiling we needed. They also installed new beams to help shore up the house. We're very happy with the work they did.

Dream , did my previously cracked up pedestrian walkway on 8/5 finished the job within 24hrs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and so efficient. We first had a discussion about the job, contracted in and he worked pretty timely on the events here. He communicated very well . The price quoted was the price paid, even though some snags made the jobs tougher than originally thought. We had a great experience working with Dream We had several different needs for our brick home exterior (waterproofing, repointing, new stucco installed, lintel replacement, new gutters installed etc) and all the work was performed to our expectations and the finished result looks great. The teams were thorough and friendly and paid attention to detail, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our input and we felt that he really cared about doing a good job for his clients. We will definitely use them again in the future and very much appreciated the quality workmanship throughout the project.

Dream Contracting made quick work this morning of my concrete job. They created a beautiful seating area that was just an ugly unused part of my backyard. After removing a tree stump weeks ago the back area need to be beautified. Thank Moaiz for your professionalism and fair price for the work. the professional did not do the job properly he told the customer that he would come out and fix the job and later told her that he wouldnt she paid him in full he is now not answering for her.

Moaiz of Dream Contracting, Inc. was very responsive and patient. His price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received. He started the work, replacing our cracked and partly collapsing walkways on time and completed the work in just two days. He frequent sent us photos and texts to keep us informed of the progress when we could not be there. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Moaiz and his team were extremely professional, the showed up everyday around 8am, and put in a full day leaving after 5pm, in a NYC heatwave. He installed brick and blue stone steps, and also changed the pitch for my walkway. I texted him with a minor issue and he came back and fixed it! Great service and workmanship, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I definitely plan to use them again for other projects.
