Joe Boots at Donato has been there for our house during numerous repairs, both planned and unplanned (read: emergencies). He is a no-nonsense old-school plumber who knows how Brooklyn brownstones work and what they need. I use Donato because of Joe.

Someone came, changed the wax seal, 20 days later it seems the seal is broken again? they said someone would be here between 1 and 4pm, it is now past 5 and no one is here. No call or anything.

Donato Inc. were a little high on their prices. They were here only a few minutes because the found the problem right away and fixed it. It was the first time that I used them but they did the job so I have no problem with them except for the price.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE IN MY OPINION. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THEY MADE & I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
