 + -1 moreI was so very pleased. Both Dominick & his son Michael were immensely professional. Their men were so equipped to handle the job. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were " FOR THE CUSTOMER 100%". This is a quality that is hard to find. I was very satisfied. Will definitely call them again and I have recommended them to numerous family & friends

 + -1 moreI'm doing this review because I realized since we first hired Dominick Siano in 1999 to build an extension to our home - an apartment for my Mother - we never have done a review. In 1999 they built that four room apartment from mid-June to mid-August. Since then we hired them to remove the old brick chimney and replace it; put siding on our home; put cement in our backyard and sidewalk; install a new stoop; put in pavers in the courtyard in the back of the house; install a new kitchen; and put in new sheet rock in a guest room and build new in-wall cabinets for our den. Dominick, and his son Michael who runs the business now, do things the old-fashioned way: They are professionals, do high quality work, their guys are great, and they clean whatever site they are doing everyday. We recommend them highly, obviously, since we have hired them several times since 1999.
Description of Work: The company installed three new windows and the crew got here at 8 am and left around 12:30. Excellent work they cleaned up afterwards.

 + 10 moreContractor filed for proper permits. Worked around my schedule. Arrived on time every day. Cleaned up afterwards. Advised me of any problems uncovered during demolition. Very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: stripped old siding front of house. Installed 6 windows on 2nd and third floors. Removed 3 standard windows on first floor and installed one bay window. Installed entry door and vestibule door. Built an overhang across width of house and shingled top and installed LED spotlights. Installed brick face on first story. Removed wrought iron gate and built a brick and stone wall. Installed new cellar door. Completely removed front sidewalk and replaced with new concrete. Removed 2 sky lights and replaced with new one. (Closed one skylight) Patched and re-coated roof. Installed new rear yard door. Completely re bricked 3 story chimney. Removed and replaced yard concrete and repaired sewer lines. Installed 7 rooms of laminate flooring. Removed stairway to cellar and replaced with new oak/poplar stairway. Installed new section of kitchen cabinets. Removed and replaced 6 closet doors. Installed 3 air conditioner sleeves in brick front wall, one on each story. Built a flower box with leftover brick in my yard.
