Erick from Dimitros Contracting & Restorations and Blass were awesome to work with. This was our first kitchen reno, and they made it stress free, moved fast, didn’t miss a beat, and got everything done on time without delays, which was huge for us since we had a tight turnaround. They were super easy to communicate with and really flexible with scheduling. Erick even helped us explore different countertop options when we hit a snag, which we really appreciated. Just overall solid guys, hardworking, detail-focused, and great to work with. Highly recommended!

I started with a small project and kept adding more work with Erick as he was knowledgeable and efficient. Did all outdoor services , painting, stucco, window repair , moldings, refreshed the entire outside of house with was last done 22 yrs ago. Work was done in a timely manner , honest and clean. I will recommend him and use him for future projects.

Eric did an excellent job restoring a vintage wood door at my mothers house that was badly damaged by the fire department earlier this year. We thought it was hopeless to repair and that we'd have to replace it with a modern door which my mom was not a fan of but I looked up Eric and had him come by and give an estimate and he gave a detailed explanation on how he would be able to save the door and he delivered. He brought great experience, was professional, courteous and gave great attention to the details of the door. I highly recommend Eric for any wood restoration projects.

Erick gave me a free estimate on the tuckpointing work that needed to get done on our home. He was flexible with his time and accommodated our schedule. He finished the work faster than expected. It was refreshing to find a contractor who is able to get the work done on time. As it happens with most projects, there were a few extra things that popped up that needed to be fixed. He took care of them, with a reasonable and fair extra amount than originally quoted. All in all, Erick and his team were professional and completed the work with care. Thank you!

Erick painted my porch and took his time caulking all of the gaps that allowed water to seep out. The porch is now weatherproof and has a much better appearance. In addition to being knowledgable and consistently nice, Erick works very hard at his job. Erick gets five stars from me. Because I am happy with Erick's work, he is currently fixing my home's water-damaged entryway, which is located beneath the porch. I will update when the work is completed.

I would highly recommend Dimitros. They were punctual, accommodating and hard working. They removed wallpaper, repaired drywall and painted my kitchen ceiling. When they left every eve my kitchen was dust free and spotless

Aaron and his team did a positively amazing job! From the vestibule, up the stairs to the landing, to our long hallway (railroad apt.), everything turned out beautifully. Erick did an outstanding job of repairing and painting the walls throughout my home as well as staining the staircase inside of the house. Erick pays attention to every detail of the job and most importantly to us, does a great job of cleaning up after he is finished! We were looking to get our 2 large bedroom dressers and chest refinished and finding Eric was a blessing; he was polite, negotiable on the price, flexible on our schedule, and quick to reply. Talking to Eric I heard his passion for refinishing older dressers and was very excited on how it'll turn out, in the end I was extremely pleased with the results. He does exceptional work and takes his time with each project, but works quickly and carefully paying attention to every detail. As Eric tackled the project at hand he was all for any questions we had and was respectful with any response he had given, which is something we greatly appreciated. Eric works clean and efficiently, he always looks to do what’s best for the project at hand, and really looks to provide that end result you had in mind. Erick was very professional and accommodating. There was a stain on my wall that I had tried to scrub out, which resulted in the wall getting damp. This required extra time and supplies but Erick was quick to fix it without charge. He was also very knowledgeable about my walls and informed me that the paint used throughout the interior was cheap ceiling paint, which explains why they stained so easily. He offered to do the entire room at a reduced price but unfortunately due to time restraints we only did one wall and the ceiling. I highly recommend Erick as he obviously knows what he's talking about and gets the job done despite unforeseen issues.

Erick was awesome. My room had wallpaper literally from 1960 on plaster walls. He quoted an extremely fair price to take it down, sand, fix the plaster and repaint. Even when he found mold behind the wallpaper, he said dont worry, I'll take care of it. I would highly recommend, extremely professional, always on time, communicated very well and got the job done quicker than we could imagine with high quality work! Plan on using again for future work.

Erick did an excellent job. His work was thorough and detailed. In addition to painting the columns on my porch, he pressure washed the porch, steps and walkway. I am very pleased with the results. His clean up was complete and the work was done in a timely manner. I recommend you consider Dimitro and sons for your next project.
