I have nothing but nice things to say about DIG GARDEN. My husband
and I reached out to several landscaping firms in the area looking for a
company to swing by and give us an estimate and consult on how to turn our 400
sq ft private garden of dirt/glass/garbage into an attractive, low-maintenance green
space for our young but growing family in the shortest time frame possible. DIG
was the first to get back to me and the first to come over for a consult.
Chuck saw the space, listened to our needs/requirements (we
are renters and didn’t want to invest too much and also did not want to wait
long to see a return on our investment) and immediately offered a suggestion we
had not thought of….high quality, beautiful turf instead of sod or seeding
grass. Once we agreed that was the perfect solution, we also wanted it ordered,
shipped, and installed within a week and DIG delivered of all requests.
His crew was courteous, friendly, clean and generous with their
time. They definitely wanted to make sure we were happy with the job…and we
certainly are.
I highly recommend reaching out to them, we certainly will
next time we need any help in the yard that we can’t or don’t want to handle
ourselves. I found their rate very
reasonable for the high level of quality, work, product, professionalism,
speed, etc. that we received.

I really like their service in general they were responsive and professional and had a lot of good ideas; and were efficient.

Beginning in about 2006, Chuck was starting his company when he installed my garden. He provided estimates along with a colored drawing of what he proposed to do and then took me on trips to choose the appropriate plants. My garden installation was a happy experience and since then Chuck has always responded to my calls although he's busy, has made sure to get back to me. I have recommended him to my neighbors.

The product was good. We had a hard time with staying in communication with our contractor, but the project was completed.

I liked the area that he made. I thought that using him was expensive. We did have some mis-communications in the beginning. I did bargain with him over the prices of the plants. We both did a lot of hard work to make it my outdoor retreat.

I did all the planning and Chuck (and his assistants) did all the work, including ordering and delivering the materials. He first came when he said he would and promptly (the next day) provided an estimate of the cost. The result was excellent and the job was finished on time and on budget. He and his guys worked hard and did a fine job.

Chuck was on time to look at the deck. The workers he sent were two very nice, polite young men. They did a great job on the deck and I would certainly use this company again.
