He had done some work for my next door neighbor that looked pretty good, and that is why I went with him. I met him to buy the shutters, and he was just going to bring them and put them in. First of all, he measured incorrectly, and so the shutters weren?t of the right size. I had already paid for the shutters. He wanted $1000 to do the job, which I thought was pretty excessive, and he wanted a down payment of about $400. I gave him the money, and he then left. He called me and said that he wasn?t going to do the job, and that he would give me my money back - but he didn?t. He just dumped everything in the living room. I called him a couple of times to get the money back. He never came back to do it or answered calls or anything. I guess he felt that bringing the shutters here was apparently worth the $400 that he wanted for a deposit before he did the work. I think he anticipated ours to be a big job but this was just a small job, and he didn?t want to do it. It was really crummy. As far as I know, there is no consequence for him. The price was too high. It was really very upsetting. There was a delay, which was my fault. He called to tell me that they were in but it was the kid?s senior year and I was involved in other stuff. Up until the time he decided not to do the job, he was very nice, but after that, he was just elusive, mean and awful. I would never use him again.

This company pleased me greatly. Their work was well done. They were responsible and always cleaned up after themselves. They are an outstanding company. If anyone is looking for a headache free company to work with, they should consider giving this company a call. I care not to divulge what we paid this company.

I HAVE USED THIS CONTRACTOR BEFORE AND THEY DEAL WITH MY BUILDING. THEY DID ALL OF THE PAPERWORK, HIRED EVERYBODY AND THEN DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE ABOUT THEM.

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION OF MY NEW ROOF. THE GENTLEMEN WERE PLEASANT AND HARDWORKING. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND CLEAN THE CLUTTER.
