Horrible. Hardly any communication, the repairman adjusted something for two minutes on the first visit and said it was done. The machine didn't work that night. I then called the next day and they said they need to order a part and will call me back that afternoon with a date to complete the job. They never called. I called and scheduled another visit. This time, they did some work and said the job was done. The technician left a mess on my counter and was insulted we asked him to clean up. Needless to say, the machine still didn't work that evening. We called them again the next day and they said they need to order another part. There was no word from them for over a week and then our warranty company informed us they were reimbursing us for the cost of the machine. Dial never even called us to say they can't fix it. These guys are scammers and lazy with horrible customer service. Avoid them.

Well,it worked a few days,then stopped getting cold again. I called again and an technical came again. Again he had to replaced something in the refrigerator. Now it's working great, I am so please.

The Dial Service repair man came in and immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it and made sure that the rest of our machine was in good working order before leaving our home. We were very pleased with his professionalism and his promptness.
