Interior Painting
This was a nightmare. The first building took about 11 weeks to complete. As he moved onto the 2nd building, it was noticed immediately that the work was sloppy. Punch lists were e-mailed to him indicating all the problems - surfaces were sprayed over that were not prepped, apartment locks and doorknobs were not taped over, but painted in error. The problems were not corrected, but the work continued. About 3 weeks into the job, it was noticed that all the paint was peeling and it was discovered that primer was applied randomly and all the surfaces that were not primed were starting to peel. When Nathan was confronted with this, he went into denial and refused to correct. He was terminated and the job was corrected/finished by another firm.
