 + -1 moreThey arrived, were very professional, yet friendly. They installed the brackets, unpacked and hung up the TV, and then tested to ensure everything was working properly. The newly purchased TV did not work. Not only did they take the tv down and repack it, but they also assisted me in setting up a pick-up replacement with the seller. When the replacement arrived 2 days later, they came back within an hour, installed the new tv and tested everything at no additional cost. Perfect job, and the epitome for which customer service should be based. NOTE, they provided the brackets and all hardware for the job (included in fee).
Description of Work: They installed my new flat screen TV to the wall.
