Overall quite satisfied. He was cheaper than other bids, wanted me to buy major purchases myself (like flooring) so those weren't marked up, but he was at the building to receive the deliveries. On the other hand he asked me to hire the electrician directly (not as a sub) which was annoying -- the electrician was not very responsive. He was reasonable about making changes which I appreciated. He did wind up fighting with my super a lot, which was not ideal.

I had a good experience with them. The owner is a very nice man. He himself doesn't do the work, he sends people out. If you're not happy with something he always comes back to correct it. He's always willing to do anything and not running anywhere. He less expensive than some other people.

The contractor was professional, knowledgeable, and congenial. Work done on time, clean, and neat!! Excellent referalls for electrician, heating/ac specialist, plumber, and roofer.
