My wife and I hired Ralph Hassard to inspect 2 co-op apartments prior to our purchase. He has an in-depth knowledge of home construction. He not only reviewed what we saw, but looking forward gave us great insights on what it could(and could not) become. He found bad wiring, and poorly done appliance hook-ups. His reports were clear and timely. Ralph also has a network of building professionals that he recommended to us.
