For one and a half years, I put off calling for appliance repair to fix my oven. When I called Crane Cooling, they came the next morning. It turns out that my oven wasn't broken, I was just turning the knob wrong. The repair tech was so nice, and only charged me $36 for the visit (he was at my apartment for approximately 20 minutes).
