I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sammy, our HVAC technician. He reached out promptly after my initial request, arrived exactly on time, and was a fantastic communicator through the whole process. Sammy assessed 3 condensers, identified that they were low on Freon, and ensured each one was charged and working efficiently. His professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail were exceptional, and he took time to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend Sammy to anyone in need of reliable and top-quality HVAC service.
