My experience was not at all pleasant. He didn?t give me a quote. Tried charging me a huge amount for an hour worth of work but he was on the phone with another client for half the time. I told him that he never told me the price before doing the work, work that didn?t really resolve my issue as my machine didn?t work in the next 2 days. Not sure if he knew what he was doing either. He also left saying mean things and then texted me saying more mean things. I thought it was very unprofessional of him to interact with a customer that way. I ended up paying him $150 for a job that wasn?t done well just so he would stop texting further. I really hope that he changes his way of dealing and talking to his clients.

Eddy came out on Thanksgiving of 2024 due to my gas furnace not working. He only replaced the Thermocouple for my gas furnace that he charged me 325 for only 10 minutes of work. Not even 3 months later the part burnt out. Completely unprofessional. Eddy did not tell me anything about what his rate was or how to pay him. I actually had to help him setup his own venmo account so he could get paid. After that I messaged him saying thank you for nothing since I had to replace the part he installed myself and it only costed me 14$ with extensive research on how to install the part myself. Eddy then proceeded to call me garbage saying I did not t appreciate his work even though his work was half done. I appreciate if someone is going to work on a furnace they would look if there is anything else wrong with it and be professional. Eddy prices are not worth the work overpriced and unprofessional.

I called Home Advisor and within about a half an hour I received a call back from Comfort Zone Cooling and Heating Inc. technician. We had a short conversation about the problem that I was experiencing with my boiler and he assessed what the problem was. He said that he would be over in about an hour or so and he showed up, an hour and 20 minutes later. When he showed up, he confirmed his assessment of the problem with the boiler, which confirmed what he expected. He brought the correct parts to repair it with him. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to my friends and associates.

This guy came out do the work , he did not have a card, would not give me a receipt and charged me but I did not get my problem resolved and when I tried to speak with him about this he stated that it was not his problem and would not help me resolve the issue.

Eddy was terrific. My furnace stopped working. The pilot light wouldn't stay on. Apparently it needed a new thermocouple. Eddy answered the phone at 11 pm and arranged to come the next morning. He fixed the problem for a reasonable price. The next day, the pilot was out again, I think because his assistant hadn't replaced the furnace cover. I relit the pilot, no problem, and called Eddy, who said he'd come over the next morning and fix whatever needed fixing at no additional charge. However, after replacing the cover I had no further problem, so I called him and told him he needn't come.

Offered more than one way to make the repair to my boiler. Explained pros and cons to each did not push what would have been the most costly. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable will use them on all my plumbing needs

Eddy is a honest professional who did not try to sell me something that was not required/mandatory & simply fixed the problem part immediately instead of insisting me to have to replace that part or even the entire expense system. So far it is working properly.

One of the best service experiences I've had. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, price and customer service! My boiler went out sometime in the night, cutting heat to four families, the temp was in the low 20's outside and the snow was coming down hard and steady. I turned to HomeAdvisor for the first time and Eddy from Comfort Zone Cooling and Heating was the first to contact me and I could not have been luckier. He showed up within an hour and diagnosed the problem in seconds, fixing it in minutes. No procrastinating or drawing out the service to try to increase the price. At my request he also looked at the water intake and cleaned it out for me, discovering what could have been a disastrous clog. Done in mere minutes. As he did the work he told me exactly what he was doing and how to do it myself in the future. He then recommended some preventative measures for me to perform myself to ensure the system continued to work well. He could have easily tried to convince me he needed to do the work and pad his bill but instead he took the time to explain to me how to do it myself, saving me money and educating me at the same time. I will call Eddy for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.

Eddy was a lifesaver as i called him for an issue with cold air blowing from my first floor vents in the dead of winter. He promptly called me back after my request at 1pm and showed up by 2:30 and worked his magic by 5pm. It has been 3 days and the issue has not recurred. The price is a little higher than others but comes with his guarantee and quality work. I would definitely recommend using his services.
