Multiple pane windows $1.5-2 per pane Charges a service fee of $20 handling a/c units (6/10/10). No travel charges. Additional serivce area: Middlesex, Rockland, & Union county.

Excellent work! My windows are crystal clear, and I’ve always had a horrible time cleaning them myself so they’ve never looked this good. They worked fast too, and were lovely guys. So worth it, I’m very happy.

The team of two arrived on time, brought everything they needed to do the job, got right to work, put on booties first so my floors were protected, used the time to get the work done, collected all their supplies. They were businesslike and efficient and did an excellent job. I definitely will call on their services again and recommend them highly.

It went very well. Two men came, they were very neat and organized. Left no trace behind. They even did the difficult-to-reach window behind the sink. They made sure the windows were properly lashed when finished. Overall, it took about 45 minutes.

This is the 5th time we've used Clearity. And, they are consistently the absolute best window cleaners. We now have new light gray rugs, They put booties on before entering, and were meticulous, as they always are. My job is difficult because of the double windows, screens and window boxes. but they were not deterred. They left us with sparkling clean windows. . We heartily recommend Clearity Window Cleaning.

It went great. I did not have a lot of work which triggered the minimum charge. I had them wash down my bathroom tub glass partition. They did it with no haggle as it was still under the minimum.

I had used Clearity in the past for my house and was very pleased, I had then moved into an apartment for a few years and then came back to a house. I called to schedule an appointment and was really looking forward to it based on my previous experience. In the past the guys had gotten up on a ladder outside and cleaned both sides of my casement windows. They only came into the house to do the insides of the fixed pane windows. To start, they were over an hour late, and when I saw the truck in the driveway, I realized it did not have the name Clearity on it. Instead, it said Prime. One guy sat in the truck, while the other more or less waved me off because he was busy on his cell phone. I asked him ( when he was finally willing to actually talk to me) who they were, that they were not Clearity. He told me they "worked with them". He then said they would be doing the windows from inside, not outside. These were two rather surly young men, in a truck from a company I knew nothing about. I was not only not going to let them work from inside on the windows, but I wasn't even sure I wanted to let them in the house. I had no idea who they were and was not going to let them enter. I told them to please leave. I then called Clearity and was told that it was another company who works with them. Hey, no thanks, but when I hire a company, I expect that company to do the work, not send someone else who I not only do not know, but don't know what kind of work they do either. Very, very disappointed, and now I have to start the search all over again for a window cleaner.

2 men arrived right on time. They were polite and ready to work. They actually work for a bigger company that either owns Clearity or is subcontracted by Clearity - it wasn't clear (no pun intended). Regardless, the 2 guys that came got right to work and did a remarkable job on my many, many window. I have a combination of the ones that can fold down into the room for cleaning and large picture windows which required them to hang out the window to clean. They did not have any safety equipment to make sure they didn't fall out (I'm 9 stories up) which was the only negative I found. They're a bit pricey but they were worth the money because they did such a good job and totally cleaned up after themselves. I have 18 2-pane windows, 4 picture windows and 17 screens that they cleaned for a total of $481.00. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job.

Two young men arrived, immediately covered their shoes to protect my carpet, checked windows and carefully explained what the costs would be and why and what the limited extent of work on the windows with air conditioners would be. Had I chosen it, they would have removed the air conditioners (for additional fees, but I thought it very helpful that they were able to offer the service). The men were respectful, professional workers, and left my windows blindingly clean. I will use them again.

It went very well. The communication was really good, always clear and nice to schedule and reschedule as I had least minute change on my end. Once they cleaned the windows and I asked them how I could change my old screens that were all broken, they said that they could do this service and directly took the measurement. They came back within a week or so to install the brand new screen that fit perfect. The team was super nice and were very careful of my things and of not putting dirt on the floor (then even wore special shoes).
