Clean Green Maids is an average cleaning service. What is most alarming though is how I relied on them for biweekly cleaning service and they abruptly disappeared, stopped responding to e-mails, never returned to our apartment (for no apparent reason) and did not respond to any requests that they delete our payment information. For all I know, this was an identity theft scam. | |Not to mention, the cleaning was OK to mediocre. I promptly switched to the Handybook service, which provides far superior customer service, far superior cleaning service (on short notice too!) and cheaper prices.

I was given a maximum quote of $180 and it ended up costing me $210. No one called to let me know and the cleaner was supposed to call me before she began to let me know how much it was. This never happened. She then claimed the house was cluttered, which is completely untrue, there is barely a picture frame or nick nack anywhere. There were 4 pairs of shoes in the front hallway that was it for clutter. I feel I was completely taken advantage of. My former cleaner charged $65 for just the duplex. I would not recommend this company at all. Do a little more research and find a company that is a better value. Especially in this economy, I would think they would be very careful about alienating customers.
