Here is what happened from start to now. 1. He gave me a quote via email on 5/6/2024 but it was on my personal name not my company so i told them to update it. 2. Received a updated contract on 5/20/2024 3. I sent him the signed contract on 5/31/2024 4. Emailed them to ask about an update on 6/17/2024 5. Got a respond 6/18/2024 saying we are ready to do the work once deposit is made. 6. I forgot to send out payment and emailed them first $1.00 i sent via Zelle on 6/19/2024 and confirmed if they received it and they said yes. 7. Sent the remaining first payment on 6/19/2024 of $999.00 via Zelle and they confirmed they received payment on 6-19-24 @ 3:32PM. - They said once they order the parts and come in they schedule the work. 8. I emailed them on 7/23/2024 to see if they received the units. Got an email same day saying thanks for reaching out and let me get back to me. 9. I emailed them again on 8/18/2024 @ 10:02 AM and ask why is this taking so long. No response. 10. Emailed again on 8-20-2024 @ 12:30 PM i said this is taking to long to start the project i would like to cancel and request my funds back. No response. 11. I emailed again on 8/28/2024 @ 12:25 PM saying i need a respond or i will take legal action against you and file a complaint. 12. UPDATE i just got an email 8-28-2024 @ 12:51 PM saying they can do the job next week. I told them that, But i am not happy with the way they handled it. I just want my refund back. 13. Emailed them the same day @ 1:13 PM and said im filing a complaint with Angi list. But i can put the process on hold if you give me my funds with in a few hours, and im not looking to do the job with you anymore. 14. They emailed me on 8-28-24 @ 1:31 PM saying Ok, ill refund you next week Friday. 15. I told them i can not wait by next week Friday i can give you until tomorrow (8-29/24) no later then that. 16. I emailed them on 9-9-24 @ 12:38 PM saying I have not seen any funds returned on the Friday Sept 6th like you said. What's going on? 17. They emailed me on 9-10-24 @ 12:02 PM saying, I m waiting for funds Please bear with me I ll refund to you 18. I said ok 19. I emailed them on 9-23-24 @ 3:06 PM i said, I have given you guys more then enough time to refund my funds, what is going on?

Our flushing coop bldg hired Charlie to do Back flow prevention, he took our $20,000 and disappeared for nothing. Hope police can help us to locate them. Fraud!!!

Very happy with CJ Heating! Charlie and Joseph were super helpful and got the job done without us having to do much.

Charlie and his office were very responsive early in the day, reliable and thorough - i needed my boiler ignition repaired, Charlie went out of his way to get the job done including getting the new part to fix it in a timely manner. i would easily recommend him. First time using CJ and I am very happy with their work so far. Professional, prompt, courteous and fast. The job: replacing a tankless water heating system turned out to be more com plicated than I originally anticipated due to the fact the previous installation was not 100% up to code, but CJ walked us through the what needed to be done, which involved a new venting system. The work was done quickly and professionally.

This was my second time in recent history using CJ for a boiler installation. Again, my experience was very positive. From the business office, Joseph Herrera provided prompt, clear, and professional communications. At the work site, Carlo (I think, sorry if I got the name wrong) and Luis performed the boiler installation. Everything was done promptly, quickly, and efficiently.

It was a pleasure working with Charley and team at CJ Heating. They installed my new gas service and provide all information to Coned and DOB to get the job completed on time. They were on time to all their appointments and provided a great work environment. Would def recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure working with them.

CJ heating and mechanical corp. saved the day for me. They put in a new boiler and removed a series of hazards and violations from the DOB that were already in place once I purchased the home. They have done an amazing Job. Joseph was very professional and always attentive to my needs and worries as a new homeowner. Charlie and his team did amazing work. Charlie also informed me of better options to assist me with my heat bills when choosing a boiler. They are amazing! i cannot thank them enough. The plumbing work done was done excellently and in a great time frame. The cost of the job was fair due to all the work that needed to be done. I recommend them 150%.

They are very reliable punctuated and fair. They did great work. We had a very complicated situation where former sub contracted plumber could not complete job and we needed new plumber to finish install gas piping and pass the inspection by the Department of Buildings. They are confident and took over the job and always kept promise. very good at communicating - unlike the other plumbing company. Big thanks to Joseph! We highly recommend CJ Heating!

I hired this company to replace my hot water boiler. To coordinate, I communicated with Charlie, Joseph, and another person from the office. All three responded quickly, clearly, and professionally. The job itself was completed promptly, professionally, and on-schedule. Charlie came earlier to drain the heater and collect a deposit, and two others came to do the replacement. Everything went fine, it was happily routine and uneventful.

Charlie and Joseph and their associate workers are top notch! We had a lot of work to do that required permits and inspections and they completed the work with excellence.

Helped my mom with an emergency gas leak repair. Joseph was a very helpful contact person. The work was professionally done and was performed in a timely manner.

Overpriced

They provided the best price, within the area. Louis and is partner came by did everything super professional and clean. Where straight forward no BS. Now just waiting on national grid to turn back my gas. Will definitely have them come back for early inspections and other future projects.

I hired CJ Heating and Mechanical to install a sink, dishwasher, and stove. They responded quickly when I first reached out to them for an estimate. They were punctual to our scheduled work appointments and were quick to remedy any scheduling conflicts. Installation of the plumbing was thorough (they stayed and ensured there was no leakage instead of leaving immediately). It has been one month since completion, and we have not encountered any problems. I mainly communicated with Joseph Herrera and am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency I encountered. Joseph responded to my emails very quickly and that helped move the project along smoothly. I highly recommend these folks for your kitchen needs.

The plumber arrived in a timely fashion and did the work in a professional manner. I can't help but think I was over charged for replacing a sump pump and 2 drain caps. 1500 for 2 hours of work seemed a bit expensive.

They did a fantastic job. They didnt leave a mess, they were very pleasant, courteous and I think they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

CJ Heating &Mechanical did an excellent and efficient repair of the boiler and installation of natural gas piping for our church. They were always courteous and professional. We plan to call them again if there are future repairs.
