They have a camera they use to look in the pipes for any potential problems. He did find one and it will be addressed. Without this type of inspection I would not have known about the problem. They are courteous and professional. They will be mu go to guys from now on. Eric

Great experience!! I had a leaking toilet in my master bathroom. They came within 2 hours of calling them. After removing the toilet, there were broken pipes which they also fixed!! Couldn’t of happier with the job done. Will be using them going forward, and will recommend to the rest of my family to use.

Called CID and got an answer you don’t normally hear. The first thing I heard was “say no more, we’ll take care of it all.” In my head I was thinking I would need to call multiple people/companies for quotes/estimates. Then I had Jerry arrive at my house and say he can do it all for me not only in a timely manor but AFFORDABLE!
