The survey contained at least 17 inaccuracies, so glaring, that it would appear, on the most recent survey that the surveyor had not even visited the property as major features were omitted. This surveyor included in his clients' survey property belonging to other property owners. His Schedule A was so flawed that a survey map cannot be drawn from it. When complaints against him need to be investigated his modus operandi to mitigate disciplinary action against him is to claim that he lost or did not retain his field notes. HE HAS PLEAD NO CONTEST TO PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT AND HE AND HIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN FINED, REPRIMANDED AND CENSURED BY THE NEW YORK STATE EDUCATION DEPT., OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE.
