Replaced one foot of wire within the wall so the hot water heater now operates properly.
Secured two cages within the sheet rock which were loose and causing receptacles to be problematic.
Replaced a failing light switch.
Correctly traced an ongoing problem with an outlet to a faulty receptacle in another room.
He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Diagnosed and completed everything in 1.25 hours ($260).

Did a great job, professional and clean, very clean which I enjoyed for a change. Had to come back to re-install additional exterior light fixtures on side column, it wasn?t a problem and came back the next day, also very affordable.
