Phil blew insulation in my first floor converted garage into office closet. It had no insulation at all. He did a good job. He added a standalone AC to room as well. Final result was very good. Not without incidents but nothing major. Office looks great. I hope it���s warmer come winter. During this project, I had another contractor installing pavers on my neighbor and my driveway all the way to the back yard. I had to fire him since his work was questionable at best. Phillip took over. The final result is amazing. We did two colors with a circle kit joining the houses (semidetached). I wish I could show the pictures but I don't see a way for customer to do so. Phillip you should put that photo on this site! It took a while to undo what the previous contractor messed up. But I am quite pleased. Phillip is very honest, reasonable and trustworthy. I would recommend. Just be patient!

I am so glad I called Charles. He came right away to give me an estimate. His prices were very reasonable and he was also very personable, you could easily tell he was passionate about his work. I immediately hired him. Him and his crew came on time on the scheduled work day and got straight to work. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up like a professional. I was a little nervous about hiring someone I didn't know, but Mr. Charles was so professional and pleasant, I immediately went to contract with him. I hired him to repair the ceiling and paint a bedroom, however, he went out to the roof and repaired the leak that caused the problem in the first place. He is very neat, cleaned after and replaced all the furniture. Love my new room. I am so happy with his work and prices that I am having him continue two more projects. You can hire him with no worries.

This year, the Grinch caused a major roof leak that destroyed three ceilings in our brownstone town home a week before Christmas. He put me at ease with his confidence in how quickly he could get our work done. Phillip, his brother and the rest of the team were fast, clean & very easy to deal with. i had a rather difficult crown molding job in my dining / living room area. The area is oval in shape with a series of 12 windows that make up 1 half of the living/dingin space. 10 of the 12 aluminum framed windows are joined a slightly different angles so I decided to use a professional to do the crown molding. Charles and Andre were great. The work was quick but very considered. The price was very fair and the work is excellent. In addition to that, Charles was so helpful giving me pointers on my painting and plastering projects that were going on concurrently. I highly recommend them!

Andre and his crew did an excellent job. The work was completed within the specified timeframe. Workers were courteous, and closely supervised by Andre, who was on site most days. Cost was reasonable.

Andre was a total professional. He came over to assess the project the day I contacted him and quickly followed up with a very reasonable estimate for a custom, complicated fence installation. Despite some minor setbacks with the lumber supplier, he still managed to finish the job a day ahead of schedule and on budget. Not to mention he left our backyard cleaner than he found it. I'm thoroughly impressed with his work ethic and the end result. Frankly, I was shocked to receive such personalized, thoughtful attention to detail for such a fair price. We'll be hiring him for every project we have from now on.

Andre, was professional and very courteous. He came in, evaluated the job, gave me an estimate. Then returned the next day with a written contract. Started the job on time, did an exceptional job, even reapired molding that wasn't in scope. I have already recommended him to a friend. His prices are fair!

Mr. Charles did an absolutely fantastic job of restoring crown molding that had repeatedly suffered water damage, and had many sloppy patch jobs over the years. He worked very meticulously to restore it to it's original 1930s era profile and it came out beautiful! I had many other people over the years do their best to restore it, but they were unable to come close. He was always punctual and very hard working, and cleaned up afterward very well. He is also a very nice person, who takes great pride in his work, like an old world craftsman. I always find it a bit stressful to have people working in my home, but was totally at ease with him working there, and he would be welcomed in my home any time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly and plan to hire him again.

.Willing to listen to suggestions. Tells you what he is is going to do and what the cost is up front. He is willing to negotiate if you cannot afford it. Works within your time frame. Happy with him.

These guys were incredible - and get all my business from now on. They made a preliminary visit and gave me an exact quote of the job (which was very reasonable). They complete the job quickly and well - but still took the time to make sure it was done well. I could not be more pleased!!!
