Ceriello Electric

Ceriello did a bunch of odds and ends in a 19th century townhouse in Brooklyn. Add a circuit here, install an outdoor light there, fix an outlet, install a ground,... It was a bunch of work over 2 full days. It was done competently, quickly, with great communication. I'm looking forward to calling them again when I need electrical work done.

Marvin was on time. When he left to move his truck and when he left to purchase/get staples to finish job you are trying to charge me for that time!? Even after Sal in office and tech both told me the time/clock had paused. Kathleen trying to tell me that Marvin wasn't right guy to do job. But she will have him do it as COURTESY!? Then why send him? No staples in an electrician truck? I have 5 security cameras that depict actual times tech was here and not here.

Ceriello Electric was great. They showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to explain the problem and discuss possible solutions. After discussing an initial strategy they reconsidered and took a different approach that ultimately spared our ceiling and saved us from significant additional work. They stand by their work and came back to address a residual problem related to the work. I trust them and would definitely use them again.

Excellent, prompt, and friendly service.

We needed to find a new electrician for a few projects around our house. We tried calling a number of places with no luck. People who wouldn't answer the phone or call back, or wouldn't do the job right and it would need to be fixed again. Then we found Ceriello. They're been very reliable and professional. All of the work was done quickly and correctly. It's a great relief to know that we finally have an electrician we can count on in the future.

They were excellent to work with. Pasquale and his team were meticulous and efficient. They were on time, easy to work with and communicate with and handled the job with zero issues. Our HVAC contractor accidentally hit some bx cable during the install and Ceriello was able to assess the damage within 24 hours of the accident and upon our request, the HVAC contractor hired them to fix the damage ($1,100) and Ceriello was able to do the repair the next day, keeping our project on schedule. When we started the project we got 3 quotes for electrical - they were the middle cost wise and we couldn’t be happier we hired them. Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring them again for our next project.

From beginning to end, Ceriello was amazing. The office was efficient and helpful. The electricians were knowledgeable, prompt, skilled, considerate and nice. They arrived on-time, went straight to work, and were meticulous about clean-up. Pasquale showed up each day to check on the progress of the work. Just the best. I highly recommend them.

Fortunately for me, Ceriello sent Pasquale. He showed up EARLY! After just a couple of questions, he identified the problem. He showed me what I did wrong with my light switch and corrected it. Voila! The lights came back on. Pasquale also looked at another light switch and an outlet that I installed and made corrections, showing me how to do things correctly next time. For same-day emergency service, Ceriello charges $190 (plus tax) for the first 30 minutes and then $105 for each hour after that. Pasquale worked efficiently and expertly, and everything was perfect in just 20 minutes. Bravo Pasquale! Thank you so much.

Excellent and efficient work by this licensed electrical contractor. Con Edison was able to connect to the new electric service immediately, no callbacks. Ceriello's staff were able to coordinate with Con Edison inspectors and City Building inspectors and get certification of work completed. Ceriello was very responsive throughout the project and advocated for us with the City and this Public Utility.

One of the best if not THE best electrical companies I’ve ever hired. He actually went out for me to Lowe’s to buy something I didn’t have. I heard of.

After Blaze electric canceled on me, day of the appointment, I called Ceriello and had a great experience. They answered their own phones (not my experience with the other company), had someone out to me without two hours and completed the job efficiently. The pricing seemed fair, the electrician was nice and competent and the whole thing went as planned. I will use them again.

From beginning to end I would highly recommend them. They answered all my questions and were on time. Maintained constant communication and were very knowledgeable on anything I asked in terms of the work being done. Kathleen the rep. on the phone was very polite and helpful. Rocco the electrician was also nice and knew right away what to do and what to prioritize 1st.

In terms of professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work, would highly recommend Ceriello. Our electrician, Frank, showed up early, finished the job promptly, and explained all of his work to us in a thorough way. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Rocco was excellent - super-knowledgable and professional. He clearly explained everything that he was doing, re-ran multiple wires when we weren't up to code and explained next-steps as we sought to upgrade other fixtures. They're expensive, but for the professionalism and knowledgable staff, I think it was well worth it.

They arrived on time, and checked the lights quickly and efficiently - as it turned out, they didn't need repair. I've hired them again to check another malfunction in the apartment.

After requesting estimates from several companies that I selected from Angie's List, I was happy I chose to work with Ceriello. They were professional, punctual and the quality of work was excellent. From getting an estimate, to scheduling and finally to getting the work done, it was all seamless and they were wonderful to work with. I was especially pleased and grateful that they agreed to come back after the work was completed to install dimmers that didn't arrive in time for the original job. All in all, it was a good experience (Rocco and Vinny were exceptional) and I would work with Ceriello again without hesitation.

After evaluating several electrical companies, I chose Ceriello Electric based on reviews on Angie's List. And I was very pleased with the end result. Frank was running late, but called to inform me about the delay. The job to be done was complex, and it was important to figure out what and where exactly the problem was. Frank was able to do this quickly, kept me informed of my options, and proceeded to fix the problem. He was extremely professional and thorough.

Wonderfully. He was professional and completed the job in a short time frame. I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs.
